I asked for her supervisor and she said she was it. FOR NO REASON!! Jenn was either having a VERY BAD DAY, on a power trip or perhaps new to customer service. ![]() I have NEVER been treated the way she acted towards me!!! Very aggressive and intimidating. Jenn informed us if we ever showed up on "her" property again, we would be arrested for trespassing. My associate was able to get in front of her to read it. "Jenn", when asked what her name was quickened her step and continued to block her name badge. It was hot out, and I guess I was a bit irritated traipsing from the "back 40" when others were allowed to stay in the same lot hatI was forced out of! I was towing a small utility trailer with my Tahoe. ![]() I had complied when first approached to relocate my vehicle. Her reply "we don't want to litter up the place with signs. "Manager" Jenn was extremely rude, and unprofessional!! I simply asked WHY I had to relocate my vehicle when others did NOT? I asked WHY the proper parking area for "oversized" vehicles wasn't marked off.
